Yes/no… We understand that there can be normal wear and tear. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. In this case, you are not responsible for any wear or tear damage. However, if this does happen please notify us right away so that we can rectify the situation.
If damages occur from improperly following our safety guidelines and rules, you are held full responsible. You will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower which can cost thousands of dollars. We would not want you nor us to be in this type of situation, so that is why we have you to sign and acknowledge that you have received and fully understand all procedures to properly and carefully handling our units.
